Booking policy

Bookings
A deposit is required to secure your appointment.
Appointments are only confirmed once payment is made.
Deposits are non-refundable.

Please be on time
A 15-minute grace period is allowed.
Lateness beyond 15 minutes will attract a lateness fee and may affect your appointment time or result in cancellation.

Design changes
Please communicate your desired design before your appointment.
Any change or additional design request made during your appointment that was not previously discussed will attract an additional fee.

Respect the time
Your appointment time is reserved specially for you, so please arrive on time and come prepared.
